These days, we almost heard about terror over this world. People are frightened by bomb terror, sabotage, and many crimes link to support funds for terrorists. We had dark memory about 9/11 attack, bomb on Bali I and II, and subway train station bombing in Madrid. The terrorist didn't encourage the rights of human being. They just do the actions that very right for them. On behalf of what they do believe, the way of life and

"domino's affect" that lied in inside their social enteraction, terror os the one truth to make the others, whon was attacked and victimized, "hear" what they want.

Simple way to describe, this is daily relation we made. What can happen when you don't pay attention to people who is talking to you? It must be unpleasant feelings feed them. If we decreased attention, the unpleasant feelings could be an anger. What next happened in their less ability to face it out? They are going to make you encourage, not only  talking but more about their exist. Even if we tried to go back at the beginning, with efforts against their interaction way, we already in war with them.

What do they really want inside terror? It's absolutely nothing due to the same wants with all people's in this world. Happy family, good education, enough money, social life, etc. Always interest of the leadership in every single terrorists movement that who didn't know to precise this life certainly. There is no brave to encourage way of life and goodness inside other people. Berely, the true way of life is their own only. Now we see, that is communication matters with all complimentary: talking, attention, and commitment.

These days, there are a lot of outlaw behavior taking with no action from the legal dept. Some case can be categorized as a criminal but it was manipulated to court of justice as a civil case. The people, stake holder of law, influenced by conflict of interests; almost politics and status qua.

Injustice already has been in Indonesia, distinguished "discriminately" in taking action between back-up by politic or status qua, and nothing.

Born  in Monken Hadley at April 13th, 1760, to a priest and his wife, then in Middlesex, Garrow went to school at his father's in the village before being apprenticed to Thomas Southouse, an attorney in Cheapside, which preceded a pupillage with a Mr. Crompton, a special pleader. Garrow studied the law hard, viewing cases at the Old Bailey, and as a result Crompton recommended that he become a solicitor or barrister. Garrow joined Lincoln's Inn in November 1778, and was called to the Bar on 27 November 1783. He established soon a reputation as a criminal law barrister, specially for defence, and in February 1793 was made a King's Counsel by HM Government to prosecute cases involving treason and felonies.

INDONESIAN LAW COURT PREFERENCE, better be anglo saxon or stay the same?

As long as we know, Indonesian law-court has been preferred to the continental/ civil law system until now. This system adopted the colonial's that occupied Indonesia for about 350 years.

The Continental sys. has 3 (three) variables for judgment over the accused. There are The Judge, The Protector, and The Prosecutor. Meanwhile, The Anglo/ Common Law sys. has The Judge, The Protector, The Prosecutor, and The Jury. So, there are 4 (four) variables for this sys. In Latin phrase, we can describe this, "quot capita, tot scientiae", that means, "many head, more wise".
